Shipping Policy

We will ship your order via Chronopost Relais upon receipt of full payment.

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process your order.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package until it is delivered to the Chronopost relay of your choice.

Returns policy

Right of withdrawal and return period:

In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you benefit from a right of withdrawal allowing you to return the products ordered, within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order.

Return conditions:

Returned products must be in original condition, with all tags intact, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Any product returned that does not comply with these conditions may be refused or subject to depreciation.

Return procedure:

To make a return, please contact our customer service by email at to obtain return confirmation and specific instructions. Returned products must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof purchase.

Return fees :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, with some exceptions.


Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made via the payment method used during the original purchase.


Certain products such as underwear and personalized products may be subject to return restrictions for hygiene or personalization reasons. Please check details at time of purchase.

Receipt of returns:

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be made in accordance with our returns policy. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation. The new parcel return will be the responsibility of the requester and must be paid before processing the second shipment.
